Shipping

On ready to ship items please give 1-2 days for me to wrap up your order. On made to order items please refer to the “made to order” section. I use UPS for shipping.

NYC Pickup

If you wish to pickup your order in person please select “NYC Pickup” at checkout. Expect a follow up email from me that will give you pickup options and directions. If you can’t make it, please notify me.

Returns

I do not accept returns. If an item breaks in transit I will happily replace it.

Made to order

If an item says it’s “Made to order” please allow 4-6 weeks for the item to be shipped out. I have a small studio with little storage space so I am not able to keep items stocked up.

Care

All of my items are dishwasher and microwave safe however I do recommend hand washing since repetitive machine washing might affect the appearance of the glaze.
